Over the years I've contributed to many other books in differing ways. I wrote a large chapter about Flavourings in Dorling Kindersley's wonderful The Cook's Book (2006) - complied and edited by the equally amazing Jill Norman. Neale Whitaker included me as one of his food heroes in Murdoch Books The Accidental Foodie, a wonderful book with input from many UK and Australian based writers and chefs. I've contributed recipes to Hamlyn's East West Food back in 1997, a burger to Paul Gaylor's The Gourmet Burger for Gibbs Smith in 2005 and several others.
